Listing Requirements

Communication Rules

• Respond professionally and respectfully.
• Keep all communication on AccFarm.
• Do not request off-platform payments.
• Use order chat for support whenever possible.

Prohibited Seller Activities

• Fake reviews or rating manipulation.
• Hidden fees or misleading listings.
• Spam or duplicate products.
• Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.

Performance Monitoring

Seller accounts are monitored using order completion rate, dispute history, buyer feedback, delivery performance, and policy compliance.

Enforcement

1. Warning for minor violations.
2. Temporary listing restrictions.
3. Account review or suspension.
4. Permanent ban for severe abuse.
