How your payment is protected

• Escrow hold: funds are held by the platform, not sent directly to the seller, for the full 24-hour dispute window after delivery.
• Seller insurance: verified sellers maintain an insurance deposit that can be used to cover legitimate buyer claims, giving sellers a real incentive to deliver quality products.
• Independent dispute review: if you and the seller can't agree, our support team reviews the evidence and makes the final call - not the seller.

Verified sellers

Look for the verification badge on a seller's store page. Verified sellers have completed an additional identity/quality check and pay a lower platform commission in exchange for higher accountability.

Reporting a problem seller

Every store page has a Report this seller option. Reports are reviewed by our trust & safety team separately from individual order disputes.
