Product Approval Guide

Every new product listing goes through a quick admin review before it becomes visible to buyers. This protects buyers from low-quality or fraudulent listings, which keeps the whole marketplace trustworthy for genuine sellers like you.

What gets reviewed

• Product name, description, and category accuracy.
• Thumbnail image quality and relevance.
• Whether the listing matches accfarm's Seller Rules.

Tips for fast approval

• Write a clear, honest, specific description - vague listings take longer to review.
• Use the correct category - miscategorized listings are common rejection reasons.
• Use a real product image, not a generic placeholder.

If you're rejected

You'll see the specific rejection reason on the product in My Products. Fix the issue and resubmit - most rejections are quick to correct.

Editing an already-approved product

Minor edits (like price or stock) don't require re-review. Changing the name, category, description, or image on an active listing does send it back for a quick re-check, to make sure it still matches what was originally approved.
