How Order Delivery Works

accfarm supports two delivery methods, and understanding both helps you choose the right one for each product.

Auto-delivery

You pre-load stock (account credentials, license keys, etc) as a simple list. The moment a buyer purchases, the system automatically hands over the next available item and marks your stock accordingly - no action needed from you, even while you're offline.

Manual delivery

You're notified the moment an order comes in and deliver it yourself through the order chat. This suits products that need to be created or customized per order.

When do I get paid?

Payment is held in escrow for 24 hours after delivery to protect the buyer, then automatically released to your Selling Balance if no dispute was opened. This applies to both delivery types equally - see How to Withdraw Earnings for the next step.

If a dispute is opened

Payment release pauses until the dispute resolves. You can respond in the dispute chat, and can even refund the buyer voluntarily yourself if you agree there was a genuine issue, without waiting on our team.
