Seller Rules & Policy

accfarm maintains clear rules to keep the marketplace trustworthy for buyers, which protects every seller's ability to make sales.

Core rules

• Only list products you can actually deliver - never sell stock you don't have.
• Describe products accurately. Misrepresenting what a buyer will receive is grounds for suspension.
• Never ask a buyer to pay outside accfarm - this voids their protection and is against platform rules.
• Respond to buyer messages and disputes in a reasonable time.

Suspension policy

If a seller account is suspended, all active product listings are automatically taken off sale so nothing stays purchasable while the issue is reviewed. Listings are restored automatically if the suspension is lifted.
